If there would be just a little harder races where you finish race in less than 1 sec remaining the experience would be perfect even with lack of content. Everything is super fluid (if 60 fps) and going past the cars is excellent feeling as it should be. Racer Mode is better and takes longer to complete.Įven if it looks like there are many cons for this game its actually recommendable because of just how everything feels and that is the most important with racing games.
Only Pursuits are keeping attention while other 2 are crap. Playing as cop is really boring and super easy. There are some minor differences in difficulty where other races use tech equipment for cars more often and there are more opponents but still easy to complete. Its more of a visual candy :) Events are simple and they look all the same. Its medium challenge and not even close comparable to some previous like Most Wanted 2005 or even Underground 1/2. Very crap experience because you lose momentum of the race and sometimes the race will not count and need to be restarted. There are occasionally pauses for migrating hosts of the game. In the second case the only solution is to reset game. This is a must have to do but because of that there will be some glitches in events like sudden canceling of races or broken game engine. There is 60fps cap option to enable by using the launch options in library. Simply disaster experience and simply not playable. Still perfectly playable and solid experience in 2021.
